Oil Processing Services

With our services, a crude oil can be converted to a refined oil after it’s filtered, refined, degummed, bleached, and deodorized.

In addition to filtering and purification, oils, proteins, and other compounds can be further balanced and enriched during the downstream processing phase.

Downstream processing services include:

Dewaxing
Winterization
Degumming (acid, super, and water degumming)

Oil Modification and Enrichment

Transesterification to ethyl esters
Enrichment of specialty Fatty Acids such as DHA, EPA, DPA, etc., using Short Path Distillation (SPD) and Fractional Distillation
Reverse engineering TAG molecules (r-TG) with chemical and enzymatic processes
Preparation of Fatty Acids
